Each of our Holiday Cottages are equipped and furnished to the same high standards. All bedlinen and towels are provided. All rental rates are fully inclusive of lighting and heating. The first basket of logs is also provided if there is a log-burner in the cottage you choose. Every cottage also has full gas central-heating, with thermostatic-controlled radiators and a heating/hot-water programmer – which is very easy to use.
Each cottage has at least one flat-screen TV with Freeview TV Channels, Radio Stations and built-in CD/DVD-player. All Cottages have FREE Wi-Fi (Broadband Internet Access), plus USB charging sockets (or adapters).
All of our Holiday Cottages are available all year round, including Christmas and New Year. Some of our cottages are more suitable for longer stays, for cyclists, those who want to bring their dog, the less mobile or those with children.
Just 4 miles to Snape, 8 miles to Aldeburgh and within 30 mins drive of Southwold, Walberswick, Orford, Framlingham, Woodbridge, and all the other places you want to visit, Saxmundham is an ideal base from which to enjoy all that the Suffolk Heritage Coastal region has to offer.
